Hard to do? Possible? What would be really sweet is to be able to match the ideal output from the XLR to Jim Bergantino's required input for his IP series cabs.....or a more standard balanced output through the XLR.

Just a thought.

Sorry I didn't see this til now .

I had the pleasure of hangin with Jim for a weekend in NH at the NH Bass Fest .

We plugged straight in to the cab and he was quite surprised at how well it worked and sounded . I only got the bass up to about four and it had plenty of signal to the cab . I attribute alot of that to the East's Gain stage .
I can't really see why you would need anything else in between .
