Dang Dude Razz ...There seems to be no end to the creativity..... With the dots as inlays on my neck i'm wondering would these block inlays embellish more the look of my piece. Is it to late to have that explored? And if it does enhance then by all means juice up the 7 string funk tool for the funkmaster.. you can reach me on my cell today Pete if there are any concerns with this change and request. 540-223-0178

If it's plausible I need to know what type of wood would work best against the burl.
Later, Marlon Razz

I love the second set inasmuch they are lighter in color. I could be wrong too.

What's your thoughts Jan? Razz

Man these look really cool - I am not usually a fan of blocks but these are different and open up a whole load of new themes and ideas.

If you have a bass in this batch, and want some of the love shown below, you have until Wednesday (11/07/07) to let Pete know or you are SOL!

After that, Pete is going to radius the fingerboards and blocks will no longer be an option. Stock basses can still have blocks added (the few that are left and still available - see Stock Basses Thread for more details on them). But if you have a bass being built in this batch and have your down payment in, this is your last chance. Also, don't dally until Wednesday, make the call today and get it over with. Rob a bank, knock over a 7-11, whatever you have to do to make it happen lol.

And now, on with the show...you guys better get a tissue...
